We walk by faith

For we walk by faith and not by sight
choosing rather to use heaven's eyes...
as we live our lives in a fallen world

Taking notice of the things above
with our focus fixed on Jesus' love,
we believe in God
and we place out trust...in Him

And the battle rages through the night
with a constant call for us to fight,
we must walk by faith
and not by sight

With the weapon of His righteousness
we destroy the lies of sin and death,
and we choose instead to follow Him!

And the promise of our Lord is sure
that in Him we're more than conquerors,
He's our only shield
He's our great reward

There's a future for the man of faith
for our Savior has prepared a place,
and a golden crown
shall adorn the head of him who just believes!
