For we walk by faith and not by sight, choosing rather to use heaven’s eyes as we live our lives in a fallen world… We walk by faith and not by sight, we choose instead to follow Christ!

God takes pleasure in the man who walks by faith

God takes pleasure in man who walks by faith. So much is this so that the Word of God says that it’s impossible to please Him without faith.

“And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him.” (Hebrews 11:6)

The bible is full of examples of people who put their faith in God. Some like Daniel and his friends were rescued from the flames because of their faith, others lost their lives because they dared to hold to what they believe. One thing we can be sure of is that God rewards those who put their faith in Him. As the verse above states, “He rewards those who earnestly seek Him”.

Faith is often the place where the watching world ridicules those who “believe”. Noah was scorned because of what he saw by faith, but he was also saved from the devastation of the flood because he had faith in God and acted on it.

May God give us “heaven’s eyes” to see what others cannot see! And may He fill our hearts with faith to trust always in Him.
