I can't believe I'm born again!
When I met Jesus it was a complete surprise.
I was always interested in spiritual things, but I never would have dreamed that He was what I was looking for. When I gave my life to Him my family probably thought it was just another phase I was going through. The gift of the Holy Spirit
I became so enveloped that my surroundings seemed to be gone. It was like nothing I'd ever felt before. The sense of God's love! And His peace!! It was both profound and personal. As near as my heart, and as vast as the universe all at once! I began crying. Sobbing. Deeper than I ever had. I felt the weight of my sins in stark contrast to God's holiness...and yet, there was no question that He loved me! More here.
Heaven, hell, and eternal life in Jesus
Jesus asked a simple question, "For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?"
We give more thought to what we're going to eat for supper, or what movie we want to see, than where we'll spend eternity! Jesus warned us that even if we could gain the whole world and everything in it, what good would it do you if you ended up losing your soul?
Eternity's your forever home. Do you know where you'll be and what the bible says about it? Some things are worth taking the time to find out about.
